Refund policy
We want you to love your Plink piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges and store credit within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return: Email us at plinkjew@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the process.
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another item of equal value.
